To list a vehicle, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Own the vehicle outright or have written permission from the lienholder
• Carry valid Georgia auto insurance meeting minimum state requirements
• Provide a clean vehicle title with no salvage or rebuilt designation
• Pass our Host verification process including background check
• Maintain the vehicle in safe, roadworthy condition at all times

All listed vehicles must:

• Be model year 2010 or newer (exceptions for classic/specialty vehicles)
• Have fewer than 200,000 miles
• Pass a 50-point safety inspection (we can connect you with approved inspectors)
• Have current registration and valid license plates
• Be free of any outstanding recalls that affect safety
• Have working AC, heat, and all safety features (airbags, ABS, etc.)

Hosts set their own daily, weekly, and monthly rates. Georgia Car Rentals charges a 3% platform fee on completed bookings. Payouts are processed within 24 hours of rental completion via:

• Direct bank transfer (ACH) — 1-3 business days
• Instant payout to debit card — available for verified Hosts (1.5% fee)
• Cash pickup at designated locations — available in Atlanta metro area

• Maintain accurate vehicle availability calendars
• Respond to booking requests within 4 hours
• Provide a clean, fueled vehicle at the agreed pickup time
• Document vehicle condition with photos before and after each rental
• Report any accidents or incidents within 24 hours
• Maintain valid insurance throughout the listing period

Georgia Car Rentals provides Hosts with:

• $50,000 physical damage protection (deductible applies)
• $1,000,000 liability coverage during active rentals
• 24/7 roadside assistance for renters
• Dedicated Host support line
• Dispute resolution assistance

Host Protection does not cover: wear and tear, mechanical breakdown, or damage caused by prohibited use.

Hosts may cancel bookings without penalty up to 72 hours before the rental start. Cancellations within 72 hours incur a $25 fee. Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.
